The Gallery shows a wide range of exhibitions from collections on loan from other galleries and museums, works by some of today’s leading artists under the concept of text+work, as well as works by students from the Arts University College at Bournemouth .

The Gallery is a major resource for contemporary visual art at the University College and has received regional and national recognition.

text + work is the concept which underpins the exhibition programme of The Gallery at the Arts University College at Bournemouth. The concept seeks to provide a forum for challenging and productive dialogue between innovative contemporary art, design practice and commentary.

Please note that due to the Arts University College's Building Project, The Gallery can now only be accessed via the South Entrance (Opposite the Univerity College's Refectory and Arts Bar) of The North Building until building work is completed in 2010.
